TaylorMade continues its long-running standard of excellence with the men’s r7 SuperQuad 460 driver. The r7 SuperQuad is distinguished by the company’s TaylorMade Launch Control (TLC) technology, which gives golfers the freedom to alter the driver’s launch conditions by redistributing 26 grams of discretionary weight in a variety of ways. While the average driver delivers a single set of launch conditions, the r7 SuperQuad offers six, letting you choose the one that generates the best combination of distance, accuracy, and workability. The system is built around a quartet of widely spaced ports–called TLC ports–that are located in the sole of the club head. TaylorMade’s specialists then developed differently weighted TLC cartridges (two 12-gram weights and two 1-gram weights) that can be installed in the ports and removed again.
